The most common request we get from presenters is to help them manage their nervousness about speaking in front of a group. This is an issue to some degree in virtually all presenters. We approach this issue from two angles. The first angle is to help you appear less nervous. There are a lot of simple techniques that anyone can learn to create the impression of confidence when speaking. The second angle is to help you actually be less nervous. This starts with understanding where that feeling comes from and ends with reducing that feeling, so that you don’t have to contend with those unpleasant physiological responses at a time when you should be fully focused on connecting with your audience and giving them a great presentation.
